Which hosting package should I purchase?
You should choose a package that suits
your budget and your needs. If you just want to build a homepage
and host a few friends, you can choose the 'QuickStart' plan
that comes with 100MB of disk space and 450 MB of free bandwidth
transfer. If you anticipate a large audience for your site
or more webpages, you may consider the bigger packages which
have more disk space and allowed bandwidth.
2. I am not located in Singapore, can I sign up with GlobzMedia?
Yes, anybody can sign up with GlobzMedia as long as they are
able to make payments to GlobzMedia.
3. Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
We offer 14 days money back guarantee for all our hosting
packages. There is no money back guarantee for domain registration.
4. How long does it take to setup an account?
After your payment has been received,
your account will be setup in less than 24 hours. You can
notify us after making your payment so that we can process
your account quickly.

What are the modes of payment you accept?
We accept payment via Credit Card thru
Paypal, Cash or Cheque.

What is PayPal?
PayPal,
a person-to-business payment service makes sending money and
making payments as easy as sending email. PayPal, Inc. is

in the state of Delaware, USA. The paid up capital and reserves

7. What is the billing cycle?
We currently offer 3 types of billing cycles, Yearly (12 months),
2-Yearly (24 months), and 3-Yearly (36 months). The Billing
Cycle begins on the Plan Activation Date.

If I register my domain name with GlobzMedia,
do I own it? Can I transfer it?
Yes, the domain name will be registered
under your name and email address and not ours. You have full
ownership of your domain name.
9. I already have a domain name, can I use
it with a GlobzMedia web hosting account?
Yes you can. First of all, you must make sure that your email
address is listed as the Registrant and/or Administrative contact.
Next, you must login to your registrar and make changes to the
Name Servers values.
10. What Domain Names can I register with GlobzMedia?
We register .com, .net, .org, .info,
.biz, .ws, .name, .de, .jp, .be and .at domains and also .com.sg,
.net.sg, .org.sg and .sg domains.
11. How many domains can I host with my hosting account?
Standard web hosting packages are allowed
one domains each. If you
want to host a second domain or multiple domains, you may should
select a reseller package.

12. Can I downgrade or upgrade my current account?
You can contact us and tell us your desired
specifications and we can advise you on a suitable plan and
also warn you of any effect in the event of a downgrade.

Are MP3 files allowed on my site?
Yes and no. If the MP3 files belong to you and it is legal
to make them available for download, you are allowed to host
them. However, it is advisable not to make these files publicly
known because they can make you reach or even exceed your
traffic limit quickly.
14. Are there any scripts banned by GlobzMedia?
There are currently no scripts banned
by us but we will monitor the CPU usage and keep a lookup
for scripts that could drain the server's resources. Do note
that the server is not to be used for email-blasting or otherwise
know as spam.
