In any given month, if you website is down for more than 0.1%, we will compensate you with a FREE month's of webhosting.

Website downtime is defined as failure to respond to "ping" request. Mis-configuration,error in coding of your web pages etc which result in web pages not being displayed is not considered as website downtime.

The downtime is measured from the moment you notify us on your website failure to the time your website responds to an external "ping" request. Notification of website failure must occur at the time of the outage and not after the fact.

Refunds shall not be provided if website downtime is the result of:

1. scheduled maintenance.

2. circumstances beyond GLOBZMEDIA's reasonable control, including, but not limited to: dDoS or other network attacks, upstream or 3rd party network outages, war, fire, flood, sabotage, labor disturbance and acts of government.

3. violation of Terms of Services by you.
